Common Problems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"ek-underline\"><strong>I&#8217;m having trouble logging into myAccess.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-36f56fbf-3e18-4fea-8181-36fc59efe771\"><li>Has the user been activated via the activation link sent by email?<br>If the account has not been activated, the login process will fail because the account is not active.<br>If the activation link has expired, please contact your Roche inform person to resend the activation email.<br>The Roche contact person will create a <a href=\"https:\/\/roche.service-now.com\/rose?id=nr_sc_cat_item&amp;sys_id=b205088adbb8f4102f495408f4961929\" class=\"ek-link\">&#8220;DIA MyAccess Request&#8221; RoSE ticket<\/a>, specifying the need to resend the activation e-mail and providing the e-mail address of the user concerned.<\/li><li>Was the correct username used to log in?<br>If you are an internal Roche user, use your Roche account and associated password.<br>If you are a third party Roche partner, use the username you received in the activation email. Your email address will not work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-2\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"ek-underline\"><strong>I forgot my password.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-2\"><strong>If you are an internal Roche user<\/strong>, you can only reset your password using Roche internal tools described in the company&#8217;s internal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-2\"><strong>If you are a third party Roche partner &nbsp;(e.g. site personnel)<\/strong>, the password change process is described below.<br>On the login form, click &#8220;Need help signing in&#8221; to expand the additional menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-cc45bc5d-b0ad-4d97-9a63-ef2807f71be3\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress-ext.roche.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2023\/06\/p2.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is p2.png\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-1eb51e04-c660-436f-9cad-b2b3d8231547\">Click &#8220;Forgot password?&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-1eb51e04-c660-436f-9cad-b2b3d8231547\">On the next form enter your username (provided in activation email) and click &#8220;Reset via Email&#8221; or &#8220;Reset via SMS&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-a613cfb9-1df1-4329-b9d7-52f66288ad71\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress-ext.roche.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2023\/06\/p3-2.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is p3-2.png\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2c3cbc0d-473c-4029-b16f-ac0ccda599ec\">If you have selected option &#8220;&#8221;Reset via Email&#8221;, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password. Inform your Roche contact person to submit a myAccess request RoSE to send a one-time password reset for the effected user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-4\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"ek-underline\"><strong>I have a problem with logging in to the application connected to myAccess.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><br>If the user has an account in my Access, they should not log in to the application via direct links.<br>They should log into myAccess and click on the appropriate tile.<br>The standard link to the myAccess environment is https:\/\/myaccess.roche.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ba05b220-c82f-4a5a-861a-60f4d23a7540\">If you still have problem with logging in to the application with myAccess, please contact the support team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-de986575-a8b3-4ad9-a16d-b5ac0417d424\"><strong>If you are an internal Roche user,<\/strong> create a <a href=\"https:\/\/roche.service-now.com\/rose?id=nr_sc_cat_item&amp;sys_id=b205088adbb8f4102f495408f4961929\">&#8220;DIA MyAccess Request&#8221;
